Years of paying rent have finally pushed me to buy something, ab bas ho gaya. Looking at Gaursons 4th Avenue in Noida, aur brochure mein toh sab resort-like lagta hai. My biggest concern isn't just the flat, but the actual community feel. Are the green spaces genuinely open and usable, ya bas naam ke liye hain? I mean, actual parks, not just small patches. And the clubhouse amenities – are they well-maintained and used daily, or just show-pieces with high maintenance? Kai baar projects mein bade-bade claims hote hain about open spaces and facilities, but real life mein they're just crammed. Kya Gaursons 4th Avenue mein yeh sab worth it hai for the premium? Residents, please share your honest experience.
