Did you know Noida's Sector 150 is being called the greenest in NCR? ACE Group is planning new luxury projects there: ACE Golfshire, ACE Parkway, Ace Medley Avenue. Sector 150 is already known as Sports City. With all this development, Sector 150 is becoming a hotspot for premium properties. Better connectivity and infrastructure are definitely helping too! Does this make you think Sector 150 will change Noida's real estate market?

So, what's the consensus? Is Sector 150 worth investing in right now, or should we wait and watch?
Let's see how these new ACE projects turn out. If they deliver on their promises, Sector 150 could become a real game-changer.
I think Sector 150 will become a good place to live in the long term. But it's not there yet. Still needs a lot of development.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is becoming a joke. Should have invested in gurgaon
Anyone know about the water supply situation in Sector 150? Is it reliable?
I think Sector 150 is a good option for end-users who are looking for a peaceful and green environment. But investors should be cautious.
ACE Medley Avenue... commercial project hai kya? Sector 150 needs good shopping and dining options.
Yes, it's a commercial project. Shops, restaurants, that sort of thing. Good point about needing more options. Abhi toh zyadatar online hi order karna padta hai.
Sector 150 is definitely changing the landscape of Noida. But whether it will become a true luxury hub depends on the quality of construction and maintenance.
Possession dates kya de rahe hai yeh log? Anyone has any confirmed information?
Overall, Sector 150 has potential. But do your due diligence before investing. Don't just get swayed by the marketing hype.
Connectivity is improving, but traffic during peak hours is still a nightmare. Need better traffic management.
I invested in a plot in Sector 150 five years ago. Abhi tak possession nahi mila! Builder is making excuses. I am so frustrated!
U13, Which builder? Name and shame them! We need to be careful about these fraudulent builders.
U13, File a complaint with RERA. They are actually quite effective in resolving these disputes. I did it last year and got some compensation.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Eventually, I had to sell the plot at a loss. Lesson learned: always do thorough research before investing.
What about the metro connectivity? Is there a direct metro line to Sector 150?
Not yet. The nearest metro station is Knowledge Park II, which is still a bit far. But there are talks of extending the metro line in the future.
Extension is planned. But when will it happen? That's the million-dollar question! Noida Authority moves at its own pace.
Mera experience toh ACE ke saath mixed raha hai. One project was delayed by 2 years. Check their RERA record before investing. RERA number is UPxxxx.
Sector 150 has potential because of the sports facilities. My kids love playing cricket and football, so it's a big plus for me. But construction quality is a concern.
Sports City is a good concept, but maintaining it properly is key. Otherwise, it will just become another neglected area like some parks in Noida.
Exactly! Noida mein maintenance ka problem bahut hai. Societies charge a lot, but the services are not up to the mark.
Haan yaar, true. Maintenance is a big issue. Hopefully, the authorities will pay attention to Sector 150.
Sector 150 becoming luxury? Bhai, when did this happen? I remember it was all dusty plots and promises a few years back. ACE ka naam toh suna hai, but are they reliable?
Greenest in NCR? LOL. Show me the trees! Seriously though, connectivity is getting better with the Yamuna Expressway nearby, that's a plus point.
ACE Golfshire sounds fancy. Anyone has any idea about the pricing? Sector 150 is definitely developing, but is it worth the premium they're asking?
U3, Pricing I heard is around 8k-9k per sq ft depending on the floor and facing. Thoda zyada hai considering the area is still developing. But potential toh hai.
8-9k? Too much yaar! I bought in Sector 78 for 6.5k a year ago. Location is more established there.
U4, Thanks for the info! Facing matters a lot. East facing units are always preferred. Do you know if they are charging extra for that?
Bhai, 8-9k is the new normal in Noida. Rates are crazy everywhere. Even Sector 137 is touching 7k now.
