Noida's Sector 150 Emerges as Luxury Growth Hub; ACE Group Plans New Launches

Hey Noida folks, are you also feeling priced out of some sectors? I've been hearing Sector 150 is the new hotspot for luxury living, and property values are steadily climbing. ACE Group seems to be doubling down on the area after the success of ACE Golfshire and Parkway, plus that commercial project Ace Medley Avenue. Word on the street is they have more developments planned! Sector 150 is already known as Sports City, but I wonder what new goodies ACE is bringing. Anyone actively looking in Noida right now?
