₹80 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 151 feels like a fair base price, but the 'spot discount' offers from GM Infinite are confusing me. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Are these 5-7% off deals actually reducing the total all-in cost, or is it just adjustment against hidden charges like PLC or higher stamp duty calculations?
