Okay I'll be honest – I’m seriously regretting my investment in an under-construction property in Noida. I'm based in Dubai, so can't just hop over to check on things. It's supposed to be Antara Senior Living, but the possession is delayed by over a year now! They keep giving excuses. Honestly not sure if Jewar Airport is even going to help me at this point. I was hoping for good ROI, but now I’m just worried about losing money. Kya karu? Anyone else facing similar delays? Should I just sell when I finally get OC, or hold for longer? Need some advice yaar! Is sector 150 really worth it given all this jhanjhat?

Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite. Noida is a gamble. High risk, high reward. Are you willing to wait it out?
Has anyone actually received OC in Antara Senior Living yet? Or is it just a big promise?
Good question! I haven't heard of anyone getting possession yet. Maybe that's the first thing OP should check.
Okay, so the consensus seems to be: RERA complaint, property valuation, and patience. Thanks everyone for the advice! I'll keep you posted.
Don't forget to factor in the new metro line extension in your calculations. It might improve connectivity and boost prices in the long run.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Is Antara selling for more? Compare with other projects in the area. That will give you an idea of whether you're getting a fair deal.
Before selling, get a professional property valuation. Don't rely on online estimates. A good valuer will give you a realistic market price.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with a different builder in Noida Extension. I filed a RERA complaint and finally got possession after 6 months. It works!
Rising interest rates are also a factor to consider. Holding onto the property for too long might eat into your profits. Calculate your EMI and potential rental income carefully.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is Noida, what else can you expect? Just keep following up and hope for the best. Good luck!
I bought in Sector 75 three years ago. Same story – delayed possession. But now, rates have doubled! Patience is key. Noida Extension mein bhi potential hai, but choose wisely.
Possession status kya hai officially? Have they given a new date? Check the builder's website and RERA portal for updates. Don't rely on just their excuses.
Exactly! Documentation is everything. Get everything in writing. Verbal assurances are useless.
Antara Senior Living is a niche market. ROI might take longer than expected. But if the amenities are good and the community is active, it could be a good long-term investment.
Bhai, Jewar Airport ka toh sab hype hai. Real impact toh 5-10 saal baad dikhega. Don't base your decision solely on that.
One year delay is nothing, my friend! Mera toh 3 saal se atka hua hai. Check the builder's other projects – are they also delayed? That's a big red flag.
Haan exactly! Research karna chahiye before investing. Which builder are you talking about?
3 saal! OMG. Which project? So we can all avoid it!
Sector 150 is overhyped IMO. Yes, it's green and planned, but connectivity is still an issue. Metro is far. And the prices are crazy high. Is it worth it? Debatable.
Don't sell immediately after OC. Prices usually jump once possession starts. Hold for at least a year or two to see better returns.
RERA mein complaint file karo! That's the only way to get these builders to move. They understand the language of fines and penalties.
Bhai, you're not alone! Noida mein toh yahi scene hai. Delays are the norm. Antara Senior Living...heard mixed reviews. Sector 150 is good in the long run, but patience is key. Have you checked the RERA status?
