₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK near Yelahanka - I'm seeing prices like this, it's crazy. Currently in my 2BHK in Bellandur, thinking of upgrading. Peripheral Ring Road aur Metro Phase 3 ki wajah se kya North Bangalore, especially near Ramanashree California Gardens, ka ROI sahi mein itna high hoga? Yaar, already home loan hai. Are there still affordable investment windows near these upcoming infra corridors?

I think the potential is definitely there! Metro Phase 3, especially the Airport line extension, will totally transform connectivity. Aur PRR se toh traffic ka issue bhi solve hoga. Ramanashree California Gardens ke paas toh prime location ho jayega.

Bhai, 1.8 Cr toh abhi common ho gaya hai. Maine Aavalahalli mein dekha tha ek project, wahan bhi rates touch kar rahe the 1.7 Cr. Developers ko pata hai ki log North Bangalore mein invest karna chahte hain.
Haan, but Bellandur se compare karo toh North Bangalore mein space aur greenery ka advantage hai. Long-term mein appreciation toh pakka hai, especially once the connectivity improves. It's a gamble, but a calculated one for patient investors.
