Just moved into Northwind Sanctuary last month and honestly, I'm already seeing cracks. Bathroom fittings feel cheap. Maintenance charges are high, but for what service? Anyone else facing this?

Ya phir unhone kisi aise project mein invest kiya ho jiska construction abhi chal raha hai, aur unko laga ki 'move in' ho gaya. Builder ke sales guys bhi kabhi kabhi misleading terms use karte hain. OP, can you confirm the exact address or builder name? Tabhi hum kuch sahi advice de payenge.

It's impossible for anyone to have 'moved in last month' into this specific project. Either the original poster is mistaken, or this is a completely different project. The price range of ₹2.3 Cr – ₹5.3 Cr also points to a high-end project which is usually not occupied 8 years before its official possession date.

Builder ne possession date 3 baar extend ki, aur jab finally diya, toh plumbing issues aur paint cracks common the. Maintenance charges bhi high the but service zero. Northwind Sanctuary ka price range bhi ₹2.3 Cr – ₹5.3 Cr hai, for that price, quality should be top-notch, not 'cheap fittings'. Yeh sab sunke toh darr lagta hai, lagta hai Noida market mein trust karna mushkil ho gaya hai.
