Northwind Sanctuary build quality is a real concern

Okay I'll be honest — my kids have moved out, selling our big house. Northwind Sanctuary looks promising. What's the real construction quality like? Worried about cracks, seepage after a year. Is it truly built to last?

Totally agree with the post! I'm also looking at Northwind Sanctuary, and the 'upcoming' status makes me nervous about the build quality. My biggest fear is investing so much and then seeing cracks or water seepage after a couple of monsoons. Is there anyone here who has seen their previous projects?

Haan bhai, this is a genuine concern. My friend bought a flat in Alistonia Estate a few years ago from a different builder, and the initial quality seemed fine, but within 2 years, there were issues
