U1, U2, U3 - same thoughts here! My broker was pushing Northwind Sanctuary hard but when I looked up Today Homes, kuch positive reviews nahi mile. Especially for their projects near Ajayabpur, I heard about possession issues. Is it true for Northwind too? Yaar, first-time buyers hain, bahut nervous feel ho raha hai.

Sahi keh rahe ho, U1. Mujhe bhi suna hai ki inke projects mein delays bahut hote hain. RERA status check kar lena pehle, bahut builders ne possession dates extend ki hain.
