Okay, I'll be honest, I just got possession of my flat in Northwind Sanctuary a couple months back. Maintenance charges expected se bahut zyada hain yaar. Matlab, is the service quality – security, common areas – actually justifying this premium? For long-term investors, how do you manage this? Does it affect tenant attraction or resale value much?

Bhai, Northwind Sanctuary ka possession toh 2030 mein hai na (RERA: UPRERAPRJ798312/05/2025)? Aapko kaise possession mil gaya abhi? Ya aap future ki baat kar rahe ho ki 'expected' se zyada hoga? Thoda confusion ho raha hai.
Haan, it's possible. Ya phir shayad initial estimate mein kuch aur bataya ho, aur ab unko lag raha hai ki actual costs jab aayengi toh bahut high hongi. Kafi builders sample flat dikha ke aise hi illusion create karte hain. I've seen this happen in Alpha I Greater Noida.
Sahi baat hai! RERA pe bhi yahi date dikha raha hai. Maybe OP is talking about the promised charges they were told verbally, not actual possession. Builders ka toh pata hi hai, commitments change.
