Northwind Sanctuary mein shifting ke 3 mahine baad walls mein hairline cracks kaise aa sakti hain, yaar? Maintenance team bolti hai settling issues, but mujhe toh construction quality ka direct problem lag raha hai. Investor point of view se, yeh sab future resale value aur tenant attraction par kitna impact karega? Jo amenities brochure mein dikhayi thi, woh bhi under-utilized hain, uska maintenance charge kyu bharein? Has anyone else faced this? What's the scene with actual construction quality after a year for you guys?

Maine toh suna tha ki Greater Noida projects mein thodi quality better hoti hai. Northwind Sanctuary Alpha I Greater Noida ke paas hi hai na? Kya yeh problem sirf Northwind mein hai ya baaki projects mein bhi similar issues aa rahe hain? Any insights on other projects in Alpha II or Alistonia Estate?
Bhai, sirf Northwind ki baat nahi hai. Mere friend ne bhi ek project liya tha Alistonia Estate mein, wahan bhi initial shifting ke baad plumbing issues aur wall dampness ki complaints aayi thi. Builders kaafi time tak ignore karte hain. Alpha II mein kuch projects thode better hain, but wahan prices bhi kaafi high hain. You really need to do your due diligence, site visits se bhi zyada important hai existing residents se baat karna.
Totally agree! Builders ka yahi drama hota hai. Amenities bhi bas dikhane ki hoti hain, asliyat mein kuch aur hi hota hai.

Iska RERA number UPRERAPRJ798312/05/2025 hai na? Builders itna easily kaise bol dete hain 'settling issues'? Possession date toh 2030 hai, abhi se agar ye haal hai toh future mein kya hoga?

Sahi kaha bhai, ₹2.3 Cr toh bahut badi investment hai. First-time buyer ke liye toh yeh life savings hoti hain. Agar cracks abhi se aa rahe hain, toh maintenance charges toh alag, future repair costs ka bhi darr rahega. Bahut careful rehna padega.
