Novel Homes amenities are mostly fluff
₹45 lakh for a 2BHK at Novel Homes feels like a lot when amenities are just for show. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself, I'm genuinely frustrated. Brochure mein toh sab dikhate hain, but gym ya clubhouse actually functional hain? Ya bas showpiece? Kya society mein residents actively use these facilities? Aur community vibe kaisi hai? Is it friendly ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Not sure if the premium is worth it if daily life is just average. What's the actual ground reality for residents?

Yaar, bilkul sahi kaha. Marketing brochures aur reality mein zameen-aasman ka fark hota hai. Novel Homes ka price toh suna hai ₹23L se shuru hota hai, toh 45L for a 2BHK seems like a stretch. Is budget mein kuch better options hain kya, especially in Noida's established sectors?
