Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. NRI investors, buying Bangalore property from abroad is a huge mistake. Builders ka marketing spin alag hai, real yields kam hain. Change my mind.

Totally agree! My cousin bought in Aavalahalli last year, remote se decision liya, ab pachtaa raha hai. Possession delayed, aur rent bhi utna nahi aa raha jitna bola tha. Lagta hai builders ne sirf hype banaya hai.
