Trying to finalize a 3BHK in Noida Extension, maybe with Gaursons, but I'm based in Dubai. Site visits toh impossible hain, so thinking of doing everything via Power of Attorney. My biggest worry is legal clarity on the builder's end and then managing the property remotely for rent. Any hacks for vetting property managers or ensuring all papers, especially OC/CC, are legit when you can't be there? Badi tension ho rahi hai.

Bhai, same boat here! I'm in the US, looking at Noida Extension too. Gaursons suna hai, but remote management is my biggest nightmare. POA se sab karna kitna risky hai? Any tips on reliable property management services? Tension toh hai hi.
Haan yaar, POA is tricky. Mera ek relative phasa tha aise hi. Make sure your POA is super specific, not general, warna bahut jhol ho sakta hai.
