NRI buyers: worth buying Gurgaon sight unseen?

Just moved into my M3M flat in Sector 65 last month, and it's been a ride. My NRI cousin is keen on investing in Gurgaon too, but can't visit before buying. Is it genuinely worth buying property here without physically seeing it, or is that too risky? I'm honestly wondering about the long-term capital appreciation too, prices are already so high.
