Legal due diligence in Bangalore feels like a minefield from abroad. I'm based in Dubai and planning to invest, maybe in a Prestige Group project, but can't do site inspections myself. RERA registration kaise verify karein aur red flags kya hote hain, especially jab remote se deal kar rahe ho? Title verification ke liye kya steps hain jo log often skip kar jaate hain? Bahut confusion hai. Also, bade builders ka legal track record kaise check karein? Any advice on this would be super helpful.

Prestige is a big name, sure, established since 1986 in Bengaluru, but even big builders sometimes have legacy issues or projects stuck in legal tangles. My advice: never rely solely on what the sales team tells you. RERA website pe jaake project details aur builder ka history check karna is non-negotiable. But even that's not foolproof.
