NRI buying in Noida - builder reviews needed!

I'm based in Dubai and looking at Parsvnath Srishti. Rating toh kam hai. Anyone faced hidden charges during possession? Also, how's the construction quality after a few years of living? Can't do a site visit myself, need your insights! Resale value bhi dekhna hai. Any suggestions?
