Honestly, buying remotely from Dubai is a nightmare, especially for Bengaluru. I'm looking at places like Encore In The Shire, but can't do site inspections myself. My main concern is construction quality. Does poor build, like cracks or seepage after a year, really tank resale value and make finding tenants tough? Also, are promised amenities usually delivered? Or are they just for show, not actually driving premium rent? What's the real deal with maintenance charges versus service quality there? Need to ensure good ROI.
