Sahi kaha, RERA number hona ek baat hai, builder ka past record dekhna bhi utna hi important hai. Especially jab aap bahar se invest kar rahe ho.
JMD A1 Tower ka RERA number bhi check karna padega, but usually, jo ready projects hain unka RERA compliance better hota hai. Unihomes 2 ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ11352 hai, jo ki sahi hai. Lekin RERA sirf registration hai, construction quality ya maintenance issues guarantee nahi karta.

JMD A1 Tower bhi ready hai, Noida Expressway pe location acchi hai. But quality wise, Unitech Unihomes 2 ke comparison mein thoda better bol sakte hain log. Rental potential dono ka almost same hai around that sector, depends on the size of the unit.
Totally agree with U2. Unitech ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. And that area, even near Alpha II, rental ke liye abhi bhi thoda slow hai.
Bhai, Unitech se thoda bachke rehna hi better hai, especially agar aap physical visit nahi kar sakte. Unihomes 2 ready to move hai, possession date 2019-12-01 hai as per RERA, but market mein abhi bhi bohot issues sunne ko milte hain. Rental potential tabhi accha hoga jab project fully settled ho. Kya ye sach mein fully settled hai?
