Is the 'Ready to Move' corridor in Gurgaon actually livable, ya just good on paper? I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits easily, so relying on community for honest truth. Traffic, amenities around sectors like 82-84... kaisa hai? Brochures always paint a rosy picture. For an NRI, managing it remotely is a big concern too. How reliable are property managers there for rent collection, maintenance? Any hidden legal snags for Power of Attorney (POA) for remote owners?
