My budget is finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm stuck on Sadarpur, Ghaziabad. Everyone glorifies its investment potential due to metro connectivity, but honestly, I think prices are totally inflated. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site inspections myself, and frankly, I'm worried about legal clarity with some older plots. The resale market seems super slow; is there even a decent ROI in 3-5 years?
