Sector 114, Mohali — been looking here for a 3BHK for months. Fed up of renting, finally decided to buy. Mohali mein prices shoot ho rahe hain, especially Sector 114 aur Ashley Estate ke paas. My budget is ₹1.5 Cr. Kaafi log bolte hain NRI interest bohot hai. Is it worth it for them to buy remotely? Aur kya isse prices aur inflate ho rahe hain? Not sure if it's the right time to jump in.

Absolutely, bro! I'm seeing the same thing in Mohali. Meri toh budget ceiling touch ho gayi hai at 1.2 Cr, aur Sector 114 mein toh 3BHK ke liye 1.5 Cr bhi kam lag raha hai. Yeh NRI factor is definitely a major contributor, they just bid up prices without even visiting sometimes, just based on future potential. It's making it impossible for someone like me, who actually wants to live there, to compete. I'm starting to feel like I'll be stuck renting forever if this continues.
