Been based in Dubai for years now, and I'm seriously looking at a 2BHK in Bengaluru, maybe around Sarjapur Road or Whitefield. Builders like Prestige or Godrej have some interesting projects. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. The big hurdle is I can't do site visits easily, and honestly, managing everything from here seems like a nightmare. How do you guys handle the legal checks, getting a reliable power of attorney, and then actually managing tenants and maintenance for rental income? Are there trustworthy property management services that don't rip you off? I'm worried about getting trapped without white money investment being truly safe. Is it even worth the hassle for the appreciation?

Remote investment is super risky, yaar. Scams ka darr laga rehta hai, especially with PoA. Be careful!
