NRI investing in Bengaluru – my JP Orchid dilemma
Since last year, I've been seriously looking at investment properties in Bengaluru. JP Orchid caught my eye, price range ₹54L-₹73L seems manageable for a 2BHK. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. This means I'm relying heavily on community insights for ground realities, especially for ROI. Anyone tracking JP Orchid's price movement since launch? Kya pre-launch pricing mein zyada upside tha, ya abhi bhi scope hai for capital appreciation? Also, what's the realistic rental yield expect kar sakte hain from a 2BHK there? Being an absentee owner, managing tenants remotely is a big concern. Is there a good property management service in that area jo reliable ho for NRIs? Long-term exit strategy ke liye, how liquid is the resale market for this project? Will it be easy to offload in 5-7 years, ya phir bahut mushkil hoga? Koi actual experience share kar sakta hai? Your advice would be genuinely helpful.

NRI bhai, be careful. Remote se manage karna bahut headache hai. Builder ka track record bhi check karna zaroori hai. JP Orchid ka naam pehle suna nahi, toh thoda darr lag raha hai. Kya builder trusted hai ya naya hai market mein?
Sahi baat hai, remote se toh sirf tension hi milta hai. Mera ek rishtedaar ne bhi remote investment kiya tha, sirf paperwork mein hi uljha raha.
