Is RERA actually effective for NRI investors in Hyderabad, ya sirf paper pe hai? I'm looking at Salarpuria Sattva's Sattva Lake Ridge in Kokapet, but being in Dubai, it's tough to do proper due diligence. How do you guys check builder ka legal track record remotely? And title verification ke liye kya steps hain? I'm worried about future exit options if there are issues. Any tips on finding a reliable lawyer or property manager jo yeh sab handle kar sake?

Bhai, Salarpuria Sattva ka naam toh suna hai, but Hyderabad mein unka track record kaisa hai, I'm not sure. RERA is there, but implementation can be slow. For remote checks, try finding a local property consultant, but make sure they are RERA registered themselves. Title verification is critical, don't skimp on that.
Totally agree. RERA sounds good on paper but ground reality is different, especially for NRIs. My uncle faced issues in Ameerpet with a
