Construction quality is my biggest worry when investing remotely in Mohali. I'm looking at Big Block South City 2, but I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself. How bad are the snag lists usually after possession? I'm talking about cracks, seepage, or fitting issues within the first year. For an investor, these things hit resale value and tenant attraction hard, plus the unexpected maintenance costs. Also, what's the parking allocation like there? Is it fair, or a lottery headache? Really need ground truth before I commit to a power of attorney and property manager.

Bhai, your concerns are SO valid. Construction quality is a nightmare. I'm looking near Badshahpur and the stories I hear from completed projects are scary. Especially when you can't be there yourself to supervise. Remote buying feels like a gamble.
Sahi kaha, bhai. My cousin's place near Baliawas had seepage within 6 months. It's a common issue.
