NRI investing remotely: Alstonia questions
Did some deep dive research on Shaurya Alstonia online this week. I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest back home, eyeing this project. It's completed, which is a plus, but I'm trying to figure out the real capital appreciation since launch. Has anyone seen good movement on prices there? Also, what's the actual rental yield people are getting? Online numbers are inflated, so I need ground reality. Worried about liquidity, honestly. Is there an active resale market for Alstonia, ya it's tough to offload? What's the investor vs. end-user ratio like? Don't want a ghost society, you know? For someone like me, who can't do a site inspection myself, I need confidence in the long-term exit strategy. What do you guys think for a 5-year horizon? Builder ne 2022-09-13 tak sab units deliver kar diye the. Lekin haan, abhi market thoda thanda hai, toh movement slow hai. Maybe 1BHK units at the lower end of ₹31L are still moving, but the higher range ones are stagnant.
