NRI investment mein toh aur risk lagta hai, agar delays hue toh time aur paisa dono barbaad. ROI milega bhi ya sirf headache?

Totally agree with you, bhai. Provident ki previous projects mein kafi delays hue hain. Mere ek dost ne Provident Sunworth mein book kiya tha aur 1.5 saal late possession mila. Invest karne se pehle double-check karna padega.
