Honestly, I'm losing sleep over this Provident Botanico investment from Dubai. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Will I see good ROI ya just delays? Resale market mein liquidity hai kya?

Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi Dubai se dekh raha hoon aur Provident Botanico ka naam sunke thoda darr lag raha hai. Builder ka track record pehle bhi mixed reviews wala raha hai, especially for timely delivery. My cousin had issues with their project near Adigara Kallahalli. NRI investment mein toh aur risk lagta hai, agar delays hue toh time aur paisa dono barbaad. ROI milega bhi ya sirf headache?

Totally agree with you, bhai. Provident ki previous projects mein kafi delays hue hain. Mere ek dost ne Provident Sunworth mein book kiya tha aur 1.5 saal late possession mila. Invest karne se pehle double-check karna padega.
