Since January, I've been helping NRIs buy in Bangalore. Honestly, the paperwork, power of attorney issues, and getting rental management sorted seems like a headache. I know the market is strong, especially in Whitefield or Sarjapur Road for 2BHKs around ₹1.2 Cr, but is the ROI actually worth the remote management hassle? Or am I missing something?

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. My chacha lives in the US and wanted to buy in Bangalore. The amount of back-and-forth for just the initial steps was crazy! Power of Attorney issues, sending documents, getting them notarized abroad... it felt like a full-time job for me just to coordinate. Profit toh baad ki baat hai, pehle mental peace hi chali jaati hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera bhi ek friend hai, same problem. Builder ke calls,
