My family wants me to invest back home, but managing from Dubai is tough. Faridabad mein dekh raha hoon, maybe a 2BHK in Sectors 80s ya BPTP projects. Puri Constructions aur Omaxe ke projects suney hain. But without site visits, quality kaise check karoon? Aur actual rental yield kya hai? Advertised 3.5% for a ₹70L property seems optimistic. Bhai, Faridabad mein NRI investment? Bahut risky hai. Mere ek friend ne Omaxe mein liya tha, possession mein 2 saal delay. Rental yield toh bhool hi jao, itna nahi milta, khaas kar 70L ki property pe.
