Golf Course Extension Road — I just moved into my Sobha apartment here last month, possession was in March. Honestly, things nobody told me before I bought... I'm seeing a lot of NRI owners in my building. Makes me wonder if it's actually worth buying from abroad without visiting the site first. My own unit had some finishing issues, took a while to sort. Are the advertised rental yields really achievable here? I'm hearing numbers like 3-4% but my own experience suggests it's tougher to get good tenants quickly. What does the community think about NRI investments here, especially for capital appreciation vs. rental income?

Totally agree with you, yaar! I'm also a first-time buyer looking at Gurgaon and this NRI investment angle always confused me. Are these rental yields really achievable ya sirf paper pe hain? Mujhe toh bahut risky lagta hai. My budget is tight, so I can't afford a bad investment.
Haan bhai, same experience. My broker was pushing for NRI buyers too, saying they pay premium rent, but I'm skeptical.
