₹2.8 Cr for a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension Road seems high. My last NRI investment in Sector 82 gave me 15% CAGR. For NRIs, buying without visiting is risky, right? Especially with all the builder delays. Thinking of Emaar or Godrej projects. Kya aap log suggest karoge for better ROI and less hassle?

Yaar, 2.8 Cr for a 3BHK on Golf Course Ext. Road is crazy expensive. Lagta hai developers ne rates artificially inflate kar diye hain. Main toh soch raha tha ki investment ke liye accha hoga, par ab darr lag raha hai. Builder delays ka toh sunte hi rehte hain.
Sahi keh rahe ho U1. Builder ne toh vaade kiye the ki possession time pe milega, but abhi tak kuch pata nahi. Meri toh neend ud gayi hai.
