NRI investment in Noida Extension is a legal minefield

Okay, I'll be honest — investing in Noida Extension from Dubai is proving tough. How do NRIs handle legalities, especially Power of Attorney, and then actual rental management for properties in Sector 150 or 107? Can't really do site visits.
