NRI investment in Noida Extension: What's safest remotely?
Is it wise for someone like me, based in Dubai, to invest in under-construction projects like ACE Parkway in Noida Extension right now? Can't really do a site inspection myself, so builder ka track record bahut matter karta hai. I'm looking at a 3BHK around ₹1.5Cr. Ready-to-move options from someone like Godrej Properties seem safer, but cost more, like Godrej Nest. Is the premium for RTM worth it for an NRI, considering possession delays are common? Also, with Jewar Airport coming up, will under-construction appreciate more long-term? Need advice on reliable property managers and power of attorney setup too.

Bhai, honestly, if you're in Dubai and can't visit, under-construction is a huge gamble. ACE Parkway ka track record theek hai, but delays toh common hain. For NRIs, RTM is always safer, even if it costs more. Peace of mind is priceless, especially when you're so far away. Don't fall for the 'higher appreciation' trap without proper oversight.
Totally agree with the peace of mind part. Mera friend ne bhi ek UC project mein invest kiya tha
