Everyone glorifies NRI investment in Noida but nobody talks about the actual headaches. I'm based in Dubai, can't just fly down for site inspections. Is buying a 3BHK in Sector 150 from Godrej or ATS purely on brochures really worth it? What about legal clarity when you're not there? And those 3-4% rental yields they advertise, are they even real after property manager fees and high maintenance? Power of attorney issues? Change my mind if I'm wrong.

Totally agree, bhai. Noida mein NRI investment looks good on paper but ground reality is different. My cousin faced so many issues with possession and getting proper updates from the builder. Especially from Dubai, it's a nightmare.
Exactly! And the legal hassle for Power of Attorney is a real pain. My brother had to fly back twice just for document verification.
Haan yaar, builder promises are just that - promises.
