Since I'm based in Dubai, finding reliable info on Noida property is tough. I'm shortlisting between Ajnara Le Garden and Shatabdi Rail Vihar, both completed projects. For an NRI like me, rental potential and ease of management are key. Which project do you think offers better rental yield and attracts quality tenants? Builder ka track record bhi important hai for long-term peace of mind. Given both are ready, for 5-year appreciation, which one seems like a smarter bet? Any ground-level info on their society management and resale activity would be great.
