NRI investment: What nobody tells you about managing from abroad

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Gachibowli from Aparna Constructions – seems like a lot, right? I'm based in Dubai and can't visit, so relying on family for site visits. Main concern hai legal clarity, power of attorney process, and then finding a reliable property manager. NRI investment mein kya challenges aate hain? Rental yield numbers jo dikhate hain, woh real hote hain kya, especially if you're not there to manage it yourself? Any advice on this?
