NRI investment without physically visiting is a total headache. I just moved into my Prestige Group flat in Whitefield last month. Bought it while abroad, only visited once for the initial booking. Matlab, paperwork, follow-ups, OC collection, sab kuch remote se manage karna pada. Builder communication sahi nahi tha sometimes. ₹1.5 Cr diya, ab lagta hai kaash I had someone local to oversee things. Has anyone else faced this remote buying struggle? Am I the only one who found it so difficult?

Bhai, totally relatable! I'm planning to buy in Bangalore from abroad too, and your post just increased my anxiety by 100x. Is it really that bad even with a reputed builder like Prestige?
Prestige ka naam hai, but service kaafi mixed reviews dete hain log. ₹1.5 Cr mein toh ek dedicated person rakh sakte the, maybe ek local property manager.
