NRI investment without visiting is a massive blunder

Since last year, I've seen NRIs buy Bangalore flats, like Prestige on Sarjapur Road, without visiting. How do you verify ground reality, builder track record, ya OC? Yeh calculated risk nahi, blind faith hai. Disagree?
