NRI investment without visiting is a massive gamble, I've seen it firsthand. I just moved into my Godrej Properties flat in Sector 82 last month, and the possession process itself was quite tricky. My cousin, who's in the US, wants to buy a 3BHK in Golf Course Extension Road, maybe M3M or Emaar, for around ₹3-4 Cr. He's asking if he should just trust a broker or some online reviews. Honestly, I'm not sure. Kya kisi ko experience hai NRI buying ka, without physically coming to India? How do you verify everything, especially builder reputation or actual project status, like the Dwarka Expressway completion impact? I heard about hidden charges and inflated rental yield claims too. Should he send someone here to check, ya online research pe trust kar sakte hain for such a big amount?

Totally agree with U1. My friend's brother bought a place near Dwarka Expressway sight unseen, and it was nothing like the brochure. Huge headache after possession. He had to pay extra for things that were supposed to be included. Definitely send someone!
