NRI investment woes - Noida builder review needed!

Heard mixed reviews about Supertech's on-time delivery. Anyone have recent experience? I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself, so I'm relying on you guys. Honestly not sure about their reputation. Also, what about hidden charges with them vs. someone like ATS? Are there better options for resale value down the line? Need a property manager too. Is it worth the hassle?
