NRI investor confused about Ghaziabad's resale potential

₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Indirapuram seems like a decent option. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are mushkil. My biggest fikar is the resale market after 3-5 years. Ghaziabad mein resale market for 2BHKs, especially near the Metro Red Line extension, kaisa hai? Traffic issues suni hain. Also, for NRIs, property managers kitne reliable hain? Remote management without frequent visits, how do others handle this?
