How do NRI investors really verify a builder's legal track record for Bangalore properties? I'm based in Dubai, looking at an investment in Sarjapur Road, maybe Lodha Codename Sarjapur or something similar. Can't do site inspections myself so relying heavily on community insights. Meri biggest concern hai legal clarity, especially with all the news about project delays and RERA complaints. Is just checking RERA registration enough, yaar?
