Be cautious, U1. Mera ek friend Jain Homes ke hi ek dusre project mein phas gaya tha Ajayabpur mein. Possession date extend hoti gayi, aur jab mila bhi toh quality itni bekar thi ki usne phir se re-work karwaya. Resale mein toh koi poochne wala bhi nahi. Alpha II mein bhi aise projects ki list lambi hai.

Capital appreciation ka toh bhool jao. ₹20-25 lakh mein kya appreciation expect karoge Noida mein? Jab launch hua tha, tab bhi price point yahi tha. Resale mein buyers milna mushkil hai. Alpha I Greater Noida mein bhi aise hi small-ticket projects ka haal kharab hai, log invest karke phas gaye hain.
Bhai, RERA status toh 'Completed' dikha raha hai, UP-RERA website pe check kiya tha. Possession date bhi 2020-03-01 hai, toh us hisaab se sab clear hona chahiye. But haan, builder ka track record sunte rehte hain log.
