₹1.31 Cr for an under-construction flat in Noida feels like a huge gamble, yaar. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are impossible. Looking at Godrej Palm Retreat 1, but its ongoing status really worries me. VA Clarissa is ready, matlab, at least I know what I'm getting, and it's way cheaper. Builder trust factor for Godrej is good, but delays ka risk bahut hai, especially for an NRI investor. How do you guys manage under-construction projects remotely? Is the rental potential for something like Godrej worth the wait and risk? Kya koi reliable property manager hai Noida mein?
