Been trying to finalize a property in Bengaluru for months now from Dubai. I'm looking at Prestige Keya Life, but legal clarity is my main concern. How do you actually verify RERA registration and title documents thoroughly from abroad? Kya process hai for non-residents? Any specific red flags to look for without a physical visit?
