Last month I checked Sobha Royal Pavilion Phase 8. I'm based in Dubai, can't visit. What's the real rental yield? Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Resale potential kya hai? Investor advice please.

Sobha Royal Pavilion? Bhai, ₹2.6 Cr se shuru hai, yeh NRI investor ke liye toh thik hai, par hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye, budget se bahar hai. Resale potential bhi itna high price point pe uncertain lagta hai. It's a huge commitment.
