I'm based in Dubai, and this KCC Contractors project delay in Sector 25 YEIDA is seriously stressing me out. Booked a 2BHK there 2.5 years ago under a construction-linked plan, payment bhi time pe kiya. Now they're saying another 1.5 years. Matlab, my EMI started, and I'm paying rent here. This feels like a total builder payment trap, yaar. Did anyone else face this with KCC or any other builder in Noida? What are my options? Should I involve RERA?

KCC Contractors ka track record pehle se hi thoda shaky hai, yaar. Mere ek friend ne bhi unke ek project mein invest kiya tha near Alpha I Greater Noida
Oh no, this sounds terrible! I'm also a first-time buyer looking in Noida and delays are my biggest fear. 2.5 years for a 2BHK and another 1.5 years? That's almost 4 years! Builder payment trap is right. Hope you find a way out of this mess, bhai.
