Shriram 107 Southeast Phase 2 mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? I'm based in Dubai, looking to invest, but can't do a site inspection myself. Meri main concern hai ki under-construction quality actual mein kaisi hoti hai. Investor hoon toh resale value aur tenant attraction ke liye finish bahut important hai. Kya post-possession cracks ya seepage jaise issues common hain? Aur power backup ka kya hai, full flat milta hai ya sirf common areas? Kaise ensure karein ki snag list bina personal visit ke properly address ho jaye?

Bhai, NRI investor ki problem toh theek hai, but as a first-time buyer, construction quality ka doubt toh hum sabko hota hai. I'm looking at places near Akshayanagar and Shriram 107 is in my budget, but yeh post-possession issues ka sunke darr lagta hai.
Haan bhai, same experience. Akshayanagar mein options hain but quality ka issue sabse bada headache hai. Budget mein toh hai Shriram 107.
