The Chandigarh market feels like it's already priced in most future growth. I'm based in Dubai, can't visit. Is New Chandigarh or Aerocity still smart for NRI appreciation? I worry about remote management. Are rental yields in Mohali (Sectors 69-71) genuinely good for a 3BHK? Any advice on Godrej or Omaxe projects there would help.

NRI bhai, same doubt! Chandigarh city toh lagta hai saturated hai. New Chandigarh ya Aerocity mein appreciation potential abhi bhi high hai kya? Budget bhi tight hai apna.
